Rocky Mountain Rags understands sometimes your purchase isn't a perfect fit—so we're happy to offer returns within 90 days of purchase.
Please keep in mind, an original sales receipt or packing slip dated within 90 days of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
Consider these factors when returning your item to Rocky Mountain Rags:
- Returns and exchanges should be new and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns with the original sales receipt or packing slip receive a refund based on the initial form of payment.
- Returns with a gift receipt are offered a gift card or exchange.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded.

You can return items within 90 days of in-store purchase or delivery of your online order.

Returning Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not the correct item you ordered, contact Customer Service to have a free return label sent to you.
You will be refunded the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
Refund for Your Return
Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax, and will be issued within 30 days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded as part of your return, unless the item is being returned due to being damaged, defective or incorrect.
If payment was by gift card or gift certificate, the return will be refunded back to the original gift card or gift certificate used.
